Eugene W. Hayes - President
Gene previously worked as a Program Manager and Knowledge Management Architect for Intel Corporation. In this capacity, he drove projects from within the knowledge management group at Intel and co-directed the corporate Communities of Practice program. While still at Intel, Gene also served as a Web Program Manager as well as a Purchasing Web Tools Manager. During this time, Gene drove e-Business strategy, created and managed the intranet structure for the largest semiconductor fabrication plant in the world and represented all Intel fabrication plants worldwide, and developed strategies to make the Web an effective business/communication tool.

Gene received his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Brigham Young University in 1994 and his M.B.A. from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management in 1996.

Kenneth E. Hayes - V.P. Sales & Marketing / Sr. Consultant
Ken has previously worked as a Product Marketing Manager for Peregrine Systems and Remedy Corporation, in which capacity, he helped successfully launch IT and Self-Service products targeting the Consolidated Service Desk and Employee Relationship Management markets. In this capacity Ken was responsible for all IT Self-Service product initiatives, new product introductions and working with strategic OEM partners to deliver comprehensive product offerings. Ken has also worked for Oracle Corp. and Intel Corp., Where he was responsible for product management and supply chain management respectively.

Ken holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Mathematics from Brigham Young University in Provo Utah, and an M.B.A. Degree with Emphasis in Finance and OMIS from Santa Clara University in California.
